For his latest drop, the teen rapper has teamed up with new kid on the block, PA Salieu — who recently burst onto the scene with his hit song "Frontline". New tune "Hit The Block" sees the pair attack producer Kwes' eerie sonics, as they combine their juxtaposing sounds.
SL's laid-back style shines through in the catchy hook, while PA Salieu counteracts that with his hard-hitting, Afro-licked flows. The pair bounce off each other organically throughout, creating a speaker-blistering club spinner. Directed by Meeks & Frost, the artsy visuals capture SL and PA Salieu literally hitting the block as they take us on a tour around the ends.
