The Weeknd dropped a paltry $25 million on a new penthouse located in Beverly Hills, TMZ reports.

According to the outlet, the star "just moved into" the new space located on the top floor of a presumably exclusive high-rise building in the glitzy Los Angeles enclave.

In addition to a kitchen custom-designed by Antonio Citterio, the 8,215 square feet of space boasts four bedrooms with massive windows and four corner balconies. A wine vault, wet bar, entertainment room, espresso bar, and in-home gym are also worked into the space. If you're into this sort of thing, TMZ even has photos of it all.

Something new from The Weeknd would make a great deal of sense in the near future, especially given the impending release of Uncut Gems starring Adam Sandler and The Weeknd himself. The A24 production, directed by Josh and Benny Safdie, has been the recipient of serious buzz following its Telluride Film Festival premiere back in August. The movie hits theaters nationwide on Dec. 13. Below, revisit the trailer.
