Dutch duo The Policy, aka producers Pierre Hagelaars and Thijmen Hoebink, are back to further their style of analogue production they call 'Art House' with new single "Changes". Gracing their new track with her vocal talents is Amsterdam-based singer Tessa Rose Jackson who brings a hazy, ethereal edge to proceedings, making for a delicate counterpoint to the chilly synth line and rigid beat. Adding to that a subtle hint of disco and electro and it's easy to see why some are comparing them to Joe Goddard and Todd Terje.

Speaking with Complex via email, they told us: "Every new layer took the song into a new direction, with different new possibilities. Some were dark, some were upbeat, in the end it fell somewhere in the middle, reflecting a journey of change. It is a scary thing, but it can bring you wisdom, joy and new perspectives. Without instruction Tessa came up with a lyric that perfectly fit the uncanny feeling the instrumental had."
