Producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Koda has spent the last few years sharpening his talents and racking up some impressive songwriting credentials (Ellie Goulding, SHY Martin, VAX, and Robinson have all tapped him up for his talent). Now he's stepping into the spotlight with his own solo material as he unveils his debut single "Outside", which dropped today.
The new track is a smart piece of pop music, absorbing R&B and more electronic influences into a credible but very chart-friendly blend. Meanwhile, the Nicolai Achton-directed video follows the young star as he wanders wistfully through fields and cityscapes, he unfurls his tender vocals, sung in both English and French.
As he continues to sit at the top of the Swedish singles chart with his co-writing credit on Estraden's "Bra För Dig" featuring Victor Leksell, there's a good chance he'll find even more chart success with "Outside".
