Vic Mensa has announced the debut project from 93PUNX will be released Aug. 23. Overnight, he also shared new single "It's a Bad Dream" featuring Good Charlotte.

The 14-track debut from Mensa's rock-influenced group is executive produced by Travis Barker of blink-182. Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine), H.R. (Bad Brains), Loko Wit Da Mask, and Francis and the Lights will also appear.

Stream the Lil Peep-esque "It's a Bad Dream" up top via YouTube. The song is also available on Tidal, Apple Music, Spotify, and other major streaming providers.

93PUNX previously released the single "3 Years Sober," complete with a video that's among the most visually striking of the year. Mensa co-directed the video, which references a number of issues about which he's spoken out in recent months, with Franc Fernandez.

"As I came to have these two different separate entities, I was like, 'OK, let me not try to just mash all of these together and have to compromise being to go all the way,'" Mensa previously said on Beats 1 when explaining the inspiration behind the new project. "I took the records that were more in a rap space and made [Hooligans] out of them. And the punk records are going to be on that album."

The 93PUNX fashion line, meanwhile, made its debut at ComplexCon Chicago last month.
