A new collaboration from Lil Wayne, Birdman, and Juvenile is out now.

The track "Ride Dat"—which is believed to be among the songs assembled for the upcoming Just Another Gangsta 2—appeared on streaming services following a tease from Birdman that the three had something new on the horizon.

Just Another Gangsta 2, the sequel to March's Birdman and Juvenile collab project Just Another Gangsta, was announced over the summer and is expected to drop soon after having originally been slated for a mid-July release.

Lil Wayne, meanwhile, has his Funeral project wrapped and ready to launch. Fans were first tuned in to the probability of a 2019 release for the Tha Carter V follow-up by way of purchasing tickets to Weezy's summer tour with blink-182.

"Nothing with me is ever finished because I record all day, everyday," Wayne told Complex in July of his unique approach to narrowing down collections of songs to a digestible album length.

Speaking further on his in-the-moment creative methods, Weezy noted just how uncommon it is for him to hit the studio with a specific goal in mind.

"It's so rare that I go in and I say I'm about to go record this album and this is for this album," he said. "I just record."
