Chance the Rapper recently delivered his long-awaited debut album The Big Day, which featured everyone from Nicki Minaj to Bon Iver. While the project received some mixed reviews from fans, it still managed to debut at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. With a variety of styles on display, Chance's latest marks a good starting point for newcomers. As such, he's brought five highlights of the record to Good Morning America.

Opting out of the typical late night gig, Chance chose five of his favorite tracks from The Big Day to deliver on the ABC morning show. The performances were produced as part of Good Morning America's Summer Concert series in Central Park. Chano's also backed by a full band, providing a fuller sound than your average talk show performance.

Shortly after the release of The Big Day, Chance posted on his Twitter to fire back against his critics. "I'm getting this crazy feeling that people want me to kill myself," he tweeted in a series of comments. "And I feel like even more than that, some people want me to feel ashamed. ... I just want to reiterate that I don't want to kill myself, nor am I ashamed of loving my wife. I think I just wanted to say out loud that I see the vibes."

Watch his performance of "Do You Remember" above, and check out "Hot Shower, "Let's Go On the Run," "Town on the Hill," and "We Go High" below.
