Jamie Sierota, producer and former lead songwriter for Echosmith, is about to release "Buttons", his second single under his new solo alias Meija. His debut, "I Already Said That I Love You", only dropped in April but it seems he's striking while the iron's hot with no signs of slowing down. The brooding electronics of its predecessor have been swapped for twinkling melodies and a much brighter palette. Sierota's laid back, lowkey vocals are the star of the show as he sings optimistically of finding that special someone and opening yourself up to them.
