Offset may have been the target of a drive-by shooting in Atlanta on Wednesday night. According to TMZ, a studio where the Migos rapper was recording was "peppered with bullets."

Law enforcement sources who spoke with the website said that the shooting occurred around 9 p.m at the Crossover Entertainment Group studio in Atlanta. When they arrived, they found damage to three vehicles as well as the outside of the building. There were reports that one person on the scene had been shot in the leg, however police were unable to locate a shooting victim. Surveillance video shows a person leaning out the window of a car and firing at the building.

Anonymous sources told TMZ that the shooting happened shortly after Offset stepped outside to get some air. The remaining people inside the studio hid in an interior room following the shooting. Offset had reportedly left the scene by the time officers arrived. We can't say for sure, but given the news that Offset has three felony gun charges over his head and another warrant for allegedly breaking someone's phone, it makes sense that he would have hightailed it away from a crime scene. Complex reached out to Offset's representatives for comment.

It hasn't been all bad news for the rapper. He recently shared that he'd reunited with his estranged father.

"DREAMS DO COME TRUE HAVENT SEEN MY FATHER IN 23 YEARS !!!!!! AND I STILL LOVE HIM," Offset captioned a photo of the reunion on Instagram. "THE PAST IS THE PAST AND THE PRESENT IS ALL WE HAVE TO RELY ON WE NOT PERFECT IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM I LOVE YOU POPS !!! NO MATTER WHAT!!!!"
