The combination of dreamy electronics and her distinctly South London vocals is no less potent than when she first emerged.

JGrrey

Ever since R&B wonder JGrrey performed her breakout hit "Don't Fade" on the COLORS Berlin, her career trajectory has gotten steeper and steeper.

A year and a half later and she's today releasing her debut EP, Grreydaze. Surprisingly—but perhaps wisely—"Don't Fade" doesn't appear on the project, instead we've been treated to three brand new tracks and two more recent singles, "Pretty Insane" and "Notice".

The same sort of movingly beautiful electronics heard on "Don't Fade" (in that case centered around an inspired sample of "Somehow" by Brooklyn band Phony Ppl) can be heard throughout the Grreydaze EP. The combination of those dreamy soundscapes with her silky, thoroughly South London vocals is somehow even more potent than when we first heard her.
