Trippie Redd continues to feed his cult-like fanbase by gifting them with a project full of previously unreleased music.

The Ohio native went on Instagram to announce a surprise tape filled with old heat that will remind his followers why they fell in love with the emo-rap crooner in the first place.

"In my bio right now is a lot of my old music I had in my email u need to hear if you love the old me," Redd captioned his post. "OLD SELF OUT NOW GO TURN UP TO OLD LIL BABY-14."

Old Self is a SoundCloud special that holds Redd's magical number of 14 selected tracks. The project contains production from popular beatmakers like Pierre Bourne while brandishing features from artists such as Kodie Shane and Lil Twist. On Old Self, Redd introduces styles that are old to him, but new to his audience. This is best displayed on "2014 Freestyle" where the artist steps away from the rock-inspired melodics for which he's known in exchange for a bar-heavy track that aligns itself with traditional hip-hop.

It appears that Redd is looking to splatter his musical evolution throughout Old Self in hopes to create an interesting listen for both his established fans and newcomers.
