Coming off The WIZRD, his sixth project, to hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200, Future has just dropped a video for his track "Never Stop." The dramatic Uncle Leff-directed, Omar Reynoso-produced video shows the Atlanta rapper showing a more introspective and tender side of his personality.
With its stark shots and lavish sets, the "Never Stop" video takes a considerably different approach to that of his "Rocket Ship" clip. It's just as easy on the eyes, though, highlighting the attention to detail he's been bringing to his visuals ever since the release of The WIZRD. Going from a white room complete with an infinite-looking staircase to the middle of a dark forest, it's a simple but appropriate accompaniment to the song itself.
Recently, Future teased that he has another project on the way already. As The WIZRD was his last release for Epic Records, it's unclear when he'll be dropping his follow-up, however. "I absolutely have to make another #hndrxx album," he revealed on his Instagram. Released all the way back in Feb. 2017, HNDRXX saw Future bring a lot more pop-infused sounds to his aesthetic, resulting in a release that leaned heavier on the R&B side of things.
Hopefully we won't have to wait too long to hear what Future's got coming next, as it would appear he's back to his old ways of sharing an almost constant stream of new music. Watch the video for "Never Stop" above.
