Pretty much every bit of eastern Canada is being pummeled with snow and ice this week, so we're hella thankful that artists are dropping heaters to warm us all up. The latest and greatest offering comes courtesy of Montreal rapper KGoon, who unleashed a brand new project on major streaming services today.

Aptly titled, Next Chapter, the eight-track EP showcases the PBS leader's charismatic flow and colourful cadence over nasty, hard-hitting trap instrumentals. The tape's production was mostly handled by Quebec maestro Drilla with additonal work by DeuceBeatz and Many Guzman. As a nice little bonus, the slick Sebastien "Freak" Stewart-designed album artwork features KGoon's own lyrics hidden on a notebook in the background. You'll have to pinch and zoom on Instagram in order to make out every line.

Next Chapter is now available to stream everywhere, including below via Spotify. If you happen to be in Montreal next month, be sure to check out the rapper's upcoming show at Peel Pub on Saturday, February 9th.
