Gucci Mane thinks that Eminem needs to put his crown on the ground. The Evil Genius rapper questioned Em's claim to the "King of Rap" title on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show.

One of Gucci's arguments against Eminem is that he doesn't really see people playing Em in their day-to-day lives.

"You got to come up with a better name," Mane said, laughing. "I ain't playing Eminem in my car. You playing him in yours?"

When Smiley countered that he plays Eminem albums the week they come out, Gucci couldn't believe it.

"You sliding around playing Eminem in your car, you and your ol' lady?" he asked.

Smiley and Guwop then laughed at the picture of the radio host riding around vibing to any Eminem songs.

The full interview was released on Thursday, but the clip of that exchange has since been making rounds on social media.

Eminem still has his fans, though. His most recent album, Kamikaze, pushed 434,000 album-equivalent units its first week and went platinum in October. "Killshot," Em's Machine Gun Kelly diss track, earned 38.1 million views within 24 hours of its YouTube premiere—the biggest for a hip-hop video. The numbers probably don't impress Gucci, though.
