Making his return to San Francisco label Fierce Animal Recordings, Washington, DC-based DJ and producer J Swink is back with the Transport EP, a brand new collection of original productions featuring label newcomer Rez Ekbatan. Like a lot of J Swink's past productions, each of three tracks on the EP continue down the road of pounding, late night techno. Key track "Elevation", in particular, centres itself around a relentless, 4x4 rhythm with disembodied vocal samples and wide open spaces.
