Noname released her long-awaited project Room 25 on Friday, the follow-up to her 2016 debut Telefone.

While Room 25 has a number of early favorites, including “Window,” “Montego Bae,” and “No Name,” the opening song “Self” is blowing up on Twitter due to one line in particular: “My pussy wrote a thesis on colonialism.”

The lyric’s surrounding lines are a hit too: “Fucked your rapper homie, now his ass is making better music/My pussy teaching ninth-grade English/My pussy wrote a thesis on colonialism/In conversation with a marginal system in love with Jesus/And y'all still thought a bitch couldn't rap huh?”

Rapper Open Mike Eagle probably said it best on Friday morning, when he tweeted, “@noname yo…‘my pussy wrote a thesis on colonialism?’...that might be the best line i ever heard.”
