Sacramento rapper Mozzy has, outsides of his arrest in Las Vegas back in the summer, had a remarkably great year. Appearing on Black Panther: The Album and dropping his long-awaited EP Spiritual Conversations, he really moved on up in the world of rap in a big way. When he got a shout out from Kendrick Lamar, arguably the most critically acclaimed rapper currently working, things only got better. Now he's taking a well deserved victory lap, flaunting his talents on Power 106 Los Angeles.

Stopping by, he dropped some bars over the beat for Tyga's Offset collaboration "Taste," showing off exactly what he's capable of. Rapping double time over the chill production, he seems to be having the time of life during his appearance.

Mozzy has been keeping himself very busy in 2018, and he's certainly not looking to just ride off of his successes so far, either. Next month on Oct. 5, he'll be dropping his highly anticipated Gangland Landlord album. The project is set to feature a number of big stars including Schoolboy Q, YG, Ty Dolla Sign, YFN Lucci, Too Short, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Yo Gotti, Dej Loaf, Black Youngsta, Trae Tha Truth, and others.

In July, Mozzy was reportedly pulled over for driving without a license plate. When Las Vegas police pulled him over, they inspected the vehicle further and allegedly found a loaded glock. Thankfully, he's managed to stay out of trouble since.
