Staasia Daniels unleashed her EP Mood Roulette back in January, and today hits us with a sweet midsummer treat by dropping a visual for a favourite cut from the project, "Voicemail."

The track traces Staasia's realizations that she wants to leave her toxic relationship behind for a brighter future, crooning about leaving her partner in her "rear view" and "looking good" as well as "feeling good" about the decision. The video was directed by Jeffery Sarkodie and features the Toronto-based singer cruising around a suburban neighborhood, hanging out at tennis courts and convenience stores among other familiar locations. While it seems she's handling the end of her relationship well, everything isn't always what it seems.

If you're in Toronto tonight Staasia will be performing as part of Manifesto 2018 at the Super Wonder Gallery (584 College St.) with doors due to open at 8pm. "Sunshine" is presented by UNCDTNL Support, and features Staasia alongside other rising artists Vanessa Lu, DijahSB, Charmie, Tamara Madison, Durreyl and ZENE.
