Ever since we heard CVIRO and GXNXVS' classic-sounding "Lady" earlier in the year, we've been pretty hung up on them. Thankfully, they didn't keep us waiting too long before they blessed us with another single. "Caught Up" is the name of their latest endeavour and once again we're spoiled rotten with a glut of golden R&B tropes. From the soaring, slinky vocals through to the well-informed, strings-soaked instrumental. It's both steeped in history and forward-facing, combining '90s bounce, strings and echoed vocals with a futuristic and undeniably 2018 production value. More than that, though, it proves there's a deep well of potential hits in this pair's bank. Lets hope the gems keep coming.
