Fresh off her 2018 VMAs performance, Jessie Reyez has delivered the official remix of “Body Count.” And she’s recruited Kehlani and Normani for the assists.

The track, produced by Babyface and the Rascals, is a catchy girl power anthem that finds each singer owning their sexuality and independence without any apologies.

Normani sings:

Funny how you think I need you
But honestly, I don’t need anything
Like what you see, you can look
But I won’t let you touch up on anything
I’m independent, I’m self sufficient
And I don’t need a wedding ring

You can stream the “Body Count” remix now on Apple Music/iTunes or via Spotify below.

The record will appear on Reyez’s upcoming Being Human in Public EP, set to drop later this year. The seven-track project will include the previously released singles “Apple Juice” and “Sola.”
