Iggy Azalea Pops Off on Instagram User's 'White Chicks' Comparison

After being compared, yet again, to the Wayans brothers' characters in 'White Chicks', Azalea appears to be sensitive to the cultural appropriation accusations lodged against her.

Marlon and Shawn Wayans iconic film White Chicks is still very much alive and well in 2018, and not only because most of us have reenacted the mama jokes scene too many times to admit. The film dealt with subject matter that's still relevant today, plus the film's content is still used as ammo in Instagram feuds between Iggy Azalea and all the people who believe she looks like the Wayans brothers dressed up as Brittany and Tiffany Wilson.

In 2014, Snoop Dogg unsurprisingly drew a connection between Iggy and the film when he insinuated that the musician's often-cited appropriation of black culture could be linked to the Wayans brother's characters in White Chicks. Since Iggy perhaps knew, and thus has always known, that her persona does walk a cultural line, she simply responded with, "ima be the bigger man in this situation and leave it be." But on Friday, when a non-Snoop Dogg Instagram user came for her and revived the years' old White Chicks comparison, Iggy didn't hold her tongue.

After posting a harmless photo of herself stunting for a Fashionova #ad, Instagram user @xrxgx517 wrote "White Chicks Part 2" in the comments section.

Normally, this type of comment wouldn't be worth noticing, but Iggy fired back at @xrxgx517 while namedropping French Montana. "@xrxgx517 you look like you shared a womb with French Montana and he sucked all the nutrients leaving you the generic crumbs to cling to life with," Iggy wrote.

Let's see if French has anything to say about that.
