6lack stopped by Sway in the Morning on Tuesday to discuss his upcoming sophomore album East Atlanta Love Letter, and his forthcoming tour, From East Atlanta With Love. In addition to the 25-minute interview, the Atlanta native also let off a quick freestyle over Travis Scott’s Astroworld cut “Coffee Bean,” where 6lack displayed his knack for lyrical precision, and took a sizable dig at Nicki Minaj and the rollout of her album Queen.

Earlier this month, 6lack announced his world tour, featuring Tierra Whack, Summer Walker, THEY, and Boogie. The 34-stop tour kicks off in Johannesburg, South Africa on Oct. 5 and ends on Dec. 21 in Atlanta.
6lack also recently appeared in the video for his feature on Khalid’s song “OTW,” also featuring Ty Dolla Sign.
