Clairmont The Second is proving himself to be much more than an emcee. The Toronto artist, hailing the west side of the city, has already established himself as a skilled lyricist and producer, but the recent JUNO nominee is going out of his way to solidify his legacy as a dope director and visual artist.

Last year, and in support of his excellent full-length project Lil Mont From The Ave, CT2 released playful and quirky videos for two albums cuts "The Ave in You" and "2 Rich 4 Me". The aforementioned pieces showcased his evergrowing skill set and artistic vision, and piqued everyone's interest for future visual installments.

Now, and in the ramp up to fresh new material, Clairmont returns to his 2017 LP for yet another short film — this time it's the retrospective banger, "Stories", that gets a treatment. In three short minutes, the rapper packs jaw-dropping sequences that feature him illuminated in a dark clearing, running from unseen forces, and perched atop a massive building. It's easily his strongest film entry, and it's already a contender for video of the year.

"Stories" was directed by Clairmont The Second and the amazing cinematography was handled by Beee. Additonal work was done by by Cola H., Denz, Hezi, Shanelle, and Kallie. You can watch it all above via YouTube.
