Westside Gunn Has a Problem With Drake's 'Scorpion' Aesthetic: 'I Father a Lot of Sh*t Wit No Credit'

Gunn shared a lengthy Instagram caption about the 6 god "coincidentally" naming his album 'Scorpion.'

Westside Gunn had quite a bit to say about Drake Tuesday.

In a lengthy Instagram caption of a Drake-featuring photo, Gunn recalled being at this year's Coachella and someone asking him if he was wearing Drake's hat. "I almost smacked him," Gunn, who just premiered his B.E.N.N.Y. collab with Complex, said. Though Gunn didn't criticize Drake as a person, as they don't know each personally, he had plenty to say about the 6 god's current Scorpion era.

"Idk Drake he prob a Kool dude who knows," Gunn, in a post he plans to delete, said. "I'm just speaking MY MIND . . . BUT.. my company logo is the scorpion 🦂 and coincidentally he names his Album Scorpion."

See Gunn's full post, which also mentions Migos, below.

Though this isn't the first time Drake has been the subject of such criticism, it's unlikely he'll issue a response. Scorpion, as announced via Drake's jacket in April, is due next month. The More Life follow-up will arrive amid one of the most crowded release months in recent memory, with everyone from Kanye West to Nicki Minaj also set to drop their equally anticipated new albums within days of each other.
