Teairra Marí Taking Legal Action Against 50 Cent for Reposting Revenge Porn

"50 Cent has 18 million followers, so I was devastated."

Singer and reality star Teairra Marí is going after 50 Cent for allegedly teaming up with her ex-boyfriend Akbar Abdul-Ahad to humiliate her by leaking the explicit images and video of her, ABC News reports. While she had already announced plans to seek legal action against her ex, Marí's attorney Lisa Bloom sent out a press release claiming the rapper and Abdul-Ahad are close friends, and while Marí's ex used her password to log into her account to post the images, 50 re-posted them to his millions of followers even after she deleted them.

Bloom and Marí held a presser on Thursday to outline exactly what legal action she plans to take against the men. "50 Cent has 18 million followers, so I was devastated," she said, saying the rapper posted the photos even after she had deleted them from her account. "To make it even worse, even after Instagram took the picture down, he had no remorse, no regard, and he posted another photo and complained that IG was censoring him."

Marí went on to say that her legal claims were not only about her. "I stand here in the pursuit of justice, not just for myself but for any other woman who has been exploited by a man, who has felt the pain of having her most intimate moments unjustly and illegally exposed to the public," she said.

It seems like 50 has also already responded to Bloom, posting a photo of himself with Bloom's mother Gloria Allred to Instagram. "Oh Lisa stop," he said in the caption. "Don't make me tell your mom. LOL."

Teairra has allegedly taken some matters into her own hands, with reports saying she smashed Abdul-Ahad's car windows after the footage was leaked.
