Offset was recently involved in a car accident that left him hospitalized, posting a distressing picture of the car not long after the news broke. "I could have been dead from this accident thank you all for your prayers," he revealed on his Instagram post. Quavo turned up to the Billboard Music Awards last night (May 20), and during an interview with Billboard's Keith Caulfield, he offered an update on his Migos bandmate.

"My boy Offset got into a bad car accident, but he doing fine, he up and running, he up and walking, ready to work," Quavo explained. "He should be back working real, real soon. It's a blessing that he's still here." Those close to Offset have expressed just how lucky he was to get out of the wreck alive, but now it's looking like he's making a speedy recovery.

Quavo hinted that they've already started working on new Migos material since the accident, making it very likely that Offset will be able to hit the road with Drake for the Aubrey & The Three Migos tour. "We got a lot of projects coming this summer," Quavo teased on the Billboard Music Awards red carpet.

During the chat, Quavo also talked about working with Donald Glover and their working relationship. "Me and Donald got a good history, you know, he shouted us out at the awards and we've been on Atlanta, and him going back and forth ... our communication and our connection is real strong, so whenever he calls me and says, 'Let's do some music,' we'll just pull up and just work." Quavo and the rest of Migos made an appearance in the first season of Atlanta, and just recently Quavo provided backing vocals to Glover's latest Childish Gambino song, "This Is America."
