Jennifer Lopez dropped the visuals for “Dinero” this week, balling out in black and white alongside Cardi B and DJ Khaled.

It’s not a J Lo video without a fuego dance break, and in between toasting marshmallows on money and wearing over $4.5 Million USD worth of Tiffany & Co, J Lo certainly delivers that in “Dinero” – with a touch of NZ flavour.

The choreographer behind the break is top New Zealand dancer Kiel Tutin, who has taken Asia by storm and is head choreographer for C-Pop princess Jolin Tsai.

Speaking to Complex, Kiel said “choreographing for “Dinero” was amazing, I got to workshop and create all of the choreography on my dancers back home in NZ, and then saw it come to life with Jen and the LA dancers.”

J Lo and her dancers body Kiel's choreography, and J Lo does it while wearing a custom “J LO 13” sequin tracksuit and a bedazzled Yankees cap – a nod to her partner Alex Rodriguez who famously rocked number 13 for the Yankees.

The video was released right after Lopez debuted the song live with Khaled at the Billboard Music Awards. Cardi B and her baby bump may not have made it to the stage, but Kiel’s choreography did.

“A recent highlight was definitely getting to fly over to Vegas to see the choreography being performed at the Billboard Music Awards, sitting in the front row,” he says.

One of the dancers on stage performing his choreography was fellow New Zealander Michael Metuakore, who has been dancing alongside Lopez since 2015.

It was through Michael that the creative team saw Tutin’s work early this year. They soon tapped him to choreograph routines for her Calibash and Super Bowl performances.

J Lo has an affinity for New Zealand dancers, dancer Shyvon Campbell was previously seen in the “El Anillo” music video, which was also choreographed by Kiel.

This won’t be the last we see of Kiel, but you can keep up with him on Instagram at @Kieltutin.
