Lil Pump Previews New Song "Drug Addict"

The song will appear on Pump's upcoming 'Harvard Dropout' tape.

Fresh off thanking J. Cole for some newly acquired clout, Lil Pump has teased a new song titled "Drug Addict."

The teaser arrived via a video on Pump's Instagram over the weekend. Pump is seen in a studio rapping along to the latest Eskeetit entry. In the video's caption, Pump told fans to drop a quick "jetski" in the comments if they wanted him to drop the new song immediately.

The track will call Harvard Dropout, Pump's next project, home. The tape was apparently completed last month, with Pump confirming as much on Instagram. "You guys, the Harvard Dropout mixtape is done," he told fans at the time. "This shit crazy!" Fans weren't even aware the meme-referencing project was in the works until Pump casually announced it back in January amid all that record label chatter.

Most recently, Pump hopped on BlocBoy JB's "Nun of Dat," a track found on BlocBoy's Simi project. However, his recent press has largely consisted of Cole-related matters. Though many lyrics analyzers have thrown Pump's name around in reference to the KOD cut "1985 (Intro to The Fall Off)," Cole—in a rare interview—later clarified that it's potentially much broader than that. "It's really a 'shoe fits' situation—several people can wear that shoe," he toldVulture.
