Christina Aguilera recently shared with Page Six that she has plans to make a comeback soon, with a new album on the way. According to a source, one of the songs on the project will be produced by none other than controversial man of the hour, Kanye West.

Reportedly, the song is "very tribal-like with heavy drum sample," which could mean anything, but something along the lines of West's 2008 single "Love Lockdown" definitely springs to mind. The song is set to drop in the coming week and leads up to a summer release for Aguilera's next album, her first since Lotus in 2012. There have been rumors about the next album being titled Liberation, as well as reports that she will announce a world tour at the same time.

The West-produced song will be followed up by the first "proper" single, which is reportedly a big duet with another yet-to-be-revealed singer. "Christina has changed her look, her management has got her great new artists and consultants to work with," the source added in. "She’s in a great place."

Just yesterday, the pop diva shared a few video teasers on Twitter that might be an indication of where she's going next. "I feel in life when you get to a place where you feel so comfortable and so routine," she says in the 14-second clip, "then, you know, you have to stop and start from scratch."
