Kanye Chucked His Phone to Finish Those 5 Albums

West announced new albums from Pusha T, Teyana Taylor, Nas, Kid Cudi, and himself last month.

If you have yet to mute Kanye West on Twitter, and you’re wondering why content on his timeline feels light in comparison to the heap of tweets about everything from Candace Owens to dragon energy, then a new post from Mr. West may explain it. He’s now confined to tweeting from his laptop as he finishes up his slate of new albums.

Per the tweet, Ye chucked his mobile device in order to focus all his dragon energy into delivering us new G.O.O.D. Music projects from Pusha T, Teyana Taylor, Nas, himself, and his joint album with Kid Cudi. Pushing out five new albums before the end of Gemini season is also the reason for his recent return to Wyoming, where West was first spotted in May of last year amid rumors of new music.

In between tweet-bursts about “free thought” and his cataclysmic claim that slavery was a choice, West continued to tease new music, even sharing about 10 cuts with TMZ, sporting his Make America Great Hat all the while.

Kanye & Cudi album might actually be my favorite 😍🔥😍🔥

Of the forthcoming projects, fans and Kim Kardashian seem most excited about the West x Cudi collab, titled Kids See Ghost, slated to drop June 8. Pusha’s project, possibly titled King Push, comes out on May 25, with West’s solo follow up to The Life of Pablo dropping a week later on June 1. Teyana’s long awaited sophomore studio effort will hit the streets on June 22, and the Ye-produced Nas album comes out June 15.
