Jacquees has had another run-in with the law.

According to TMZ, on early Thursday morning, the police pulled the singer over in Atlanta because he was reportedly driving at 116 miles per hour. Before his car stopped, police say that they saw the passenger throw something out the window, which authorities claimed that Jacquees told them was weed. The cops later found another three grams inside the car.

Jacquees was subsequently booked for speeding, reckless driving, littering, and possession of a controlled substance, while his passenger was booked for possession.

Jacquees was arrested earlier in May at Milwaukee’s Mitchell Airport because, he contends, he was “singing in the airport,” adding, “The police said I could not sing.” However, TMZ reports that the Georgia native got into an argument with someone, and then purportedly told a cop that he was “just a white boy with a badge.”

Prior to that incident, Jacquees was arrested in South Beach Miami for driving his Lamborghini without a seatbelt and “disrupting the peace.” TMZ later found that the singer could be gearing up for a lawsuit against the Miami Beach Police Department for what he has referred to as “excessive force.”
