Drake's Scorpion is set to drop next month, and so far the Toronto rapper hasn't revealed much about the album. But Drizzy might have dropped a new hint on his Instagram Story that he's been working with the legendary DJ Premier.
The "Nice for What" MC shared various images of friends like DJ Khaled and Millie Bobby Brown wearing the promo jacket for the album, then shared a pic of Premo with a scorpion emoji in the middle. Of course, that could mean anything from a random shout-out to his next project being inspired by the producer, but the emoji use could be a subtle way to imply that he'll contribute to the album directly.
Drake reportedly approached Premier while working on his second album, Take Care, but nothing ever came from their chance meeting. "He said 'Yo next album I want to do some stuff [with you]' and that’s pretty much the end of it," the producer told Vibe in 2010.
One collab we do know about for sure is Drake's headlining tour with Migos. Last week, he announced his Aubrey & the Three Amigos Tour kicking off July 26 in Salt Lake City, adding even more dates a few days afterward.
