A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Shares Acoustic Remix of SZA's "The Weekend"

His flip of the track is titled "Weak Days."

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie has been keeping himself pretty busy, having already dropped a number of records so far this year and gearing up for not just one, but two new projects in the near future. Recently, he shared his Davido collaboration "Way Too Fly," which is taken from his forthcoming six-song EP The International Artist, while Lil Durk also teased that the two have a collaborative tape in the works. Before either of those releases arrive, though, Boogie's shared a special treat for his fans.

To celebrate over one billion plays in total on his SoundCloud, Boogie shared an acoustic remix of SZA's Ctrl track "The Weekend." Titled "Weak Days," Boogie flips the track and makes it his own. Offering a different perspective, "Weak Days" is a fun tribute to the fantastic original song.

Posting about the remix on Instagram, he explained, "Reached 1 billion plays on SoundCloud so I decided to drop a song in return for the fans who helped get there."

Boogie hasn't given himself much time to stop so far in 2018, releasing a number of major collaborations alongside some promising solo tracks. While "Weak Days" doesn't give us much of a hint of what to expect from his upcoming releases, it does whet appetites to make the wait for The International Artist a little more bearable. The EP is expected to drop June 20.
