50 Cent on Kanye Getting Liposuction: 'That’s What a B*tch Do When She Want a Fat Ass'

50 poked fun at the recent revelation that Kanye West had liposuction surgery.

One of the many revelations about Kanye West that came to light today was the fact that he developed an opioid addiction after having liposuction.

"Two days before I was in the hospital, I was on opioids," he told TMZ on Tuesday. "I was addicted to opioids. I had plastic surgery because I was trying to look good for y’all. I got liposuction because I didn’t want y’all to call me fat, like y’all called Rob [Kardashian] at the wedding, and made him fly home before me and Kim got married. I didn’t want y’all to call me fat, so I got liposuction, and they gave me opioids."

Despite the sensitive nature of the topic, 50 Cent poked fun at the situation in an Instagram post on Tuesday evening. "Wait what," he wrote in the caption. "That’s what a bitch do when she want a fat ass. LOL get the strap."

During Kanye's conversation with TMZ, he explained that he was prescribed two pills a day and kept taking them while he was on the Saint Pablo Tour. He didn't stop until one of the tour's crew members told him they were concerned about his opioid use. "When he handed [the pills] to me, he said, 'You know, this is used to kill genius.' So I didn’t take it," Kanye said. "Two days later, I’m in the hospital. I was taking two pills a day at that time. When I left the hospital, how many pills you think I was given? Seven. I went from taking two pills to taking seven."

"So the reason why I dropped those tweets and everything is because I was drugged the fuck out, bro," he continued. "And I’m not drugged out [now]. These pills that they want me to take three of a day, I take one a week maybe—two a week. Y’all have me scared of myself, of my vision; so I took some pills so I wouldn’t go to hospital and prove everyone right."

Kanye finished the conversation by widening the lens: "We are drugged out. We are following other people’s opinions. We are controlled by the media, and today it all changes."
