21 Savage Hops on the Remix of FBG Duck's "Slide"

Chicago rapper FBG Duck just dropped a "Slide" remix featuring 21 Savage.

FBG Duck just released a “Slide” remix featuring 21 Savage.

“Slide” originally appeared on the Fly Boy Gang member's 2017 mixtape This How Im Coming 2, with a 21 Savage–featuring remix sure to cause some extra buzz for the Chi rapper. Not that he needs it, of course, as evident by the numbers on both YouTube and Apple Music. Duck, who calls himself “Chicago’s hottest independent underground rap artist” on Twitter, definitely seems to be on the come-up right now.

The original “Slide” has over 18 million views on YouTube and has only been online for three months—that’s hard. Duck celebrated reaching No. 8 on Apple Music yesterday by posting a screenshot to Instagram. “Thanking all my fans,” he wrote. “Now let’s push this BITCH to #1.”

21 Savage gets real direct in his verse, which is filled with the kind of gun talk his fans are clamoring for: “Hit his car so many times the draco made a sun roof/Fuck a fist fight, I’ma show you what these guns do/The streets raise me, I’m a bastard/All these bodies, went and hired me a pastor/Mossberg hit his chest and gave that n***a asthma.”

You can listen to the remix now on all major streaming services, or check it out on YouTube up top.
