Travis Scott: 'This Week the Fans Eat'

Is the long-awaited 'Astroworld' finally on the way?

It's been a while since Travis Scott gave us new solo music, although he's been pretty busy with a number of collaborations. Just recently he appeared on Rae Sremmurd's latest single "Close," and in December he dropped his collaborative album with QuavoHuncho Jack, Jack Huncho. Despite this, fans have been waiting a long time for Astroworld, the follow-up to 2016's Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight

The rapper and producer just turned 26 after celebrating his birthday early at Six Flags, and to coincide with his big day he's promised fans something special is on the way later this week.

Thank u Mama and God for bringing me in this world today.

While it's unlikely to be Astroworld in full, whatever it is will hopefully arrive alongside some news regarding its release. It could also be the collaboration with Lil Uzi Vert and Kanye West that he teased a few days ago, but from the sounds of his posts on both Twitter and Instagram, it's looking more likely it'll be something related to new solo material.

At his birthday party at Six Flags, which Kylie Jenner rented out as a present for just for him and his friends, La Flame tucked into an Astroworld-themed cake featuring a rollercoaster.
