Jay Z, Rick Ross, Kevin Hart, and More Celebrate Meek Mill's Impending Prison Release

Meek Mill will be released from prison. Fans erupted with celebration, especially people close to Meek, from T.I. and Kevin Hart to the New England Patriots.

“Free Meek Mill” has been the longstanding chorus to supporters of the Philadelphia MC for a long time now—a demand for justice emboldened by the alleged personal vendetta his judge was on in favor of a fair and balanced trial. Fortunately for Meek, and fans all over the world, the rapper will finally be released from prison.

While many of us are celebrating this in our own, personal ways—say, by currently blasting his Wins & Losses album—the internet has provided us with a slew of worthwhile reactions and congratulatory tweets to the news, particularly from Meek’s peers and celebrity friends like Jay Z, T.I., Kevin Hart, G-Herbo, Trey Songz, Rick Ross, and the New England Patriots.

Before we get to that, though, let's take a moment to read a message from the man himself:

I will continue to stand with @MeekMill and the many others who suffer unjustly because of a broken criminal justice system in this country. Thanks for having me on #TheBeat this evening to share my thoughts @arimelber pic.twitter.com/7do0nioJu4
