Manchester's Sam Vicary, aka Hunrosa—which means 'to dream'—first unveiled "Ransome" back in 2016. The track was praised for its use of atmospherics and dub leanings in what was an otherwise tightly-wound pop number. Now, that track has been reworked by Black Acre producer Clap Clap for its full release on April 20 (pre-order here). Turning up the tempo slightly from the 2016 original, Clap Clap adds a free-flowing, jazzy temperament to the fold while amplifying the polyrhythms and dubby textures.
