Ariana Grande will be visiting The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon for the entirety of the show on May 1 for a series of sketches and the first TV performance of her single “No Tears Left to Cry.”
The singer debuted her song during a surprise appearance at Kygo’s Coachella set this past weekend. The new single is the first off of Grande’s fourth studio album, which is reportedly finished and was described to TMZ as a “personal masterpiece.” Half of her forthcoming album was produced by Pharrell, and the other half was produced by Max Martin.
Ariana also had involvement in the writing of every song on the project, which is a new move for the young singer. The exact release date for the project hasn’t been announced yet, but she’s probably going to release the album art sometime soon.
The album will arrive more than nine months after a suicide bomber detonated an IED strapped with shrapnel while she was performing in England's Manchester Arena. The incident resulted in 23 deaths, including the bomber's, and more than 500 injuries.
Grande has performed skits on Fallon’s show before. The former Nickelodeon actress participated in his “Ew!” segment back in 2015.
Ariana’s last full-length studio album was 2016’s Dangerous Woman.
