6ix9ine Has Lost a $5 Million Headphone Deal Due to Brooklyn Shooting

6ix9ine’s involvement with the shooting at Barclays Center on April 21 has cost him the $5 million deal.

6ix9ine’s involvement with the shooting at Barclays Center on April 21 has cost him. A $4.9 million deal he had with the headphones company Tunes Audio is now off the table since it found out that 6ix9ine is a person of interest in the shooting, TMZ reported. 69 is now prohibited from entering Barclays.

“At this time, it is in the best interest of our company to move on. We wish him well, he's a great artist,” a spokesperson for Tunes Audio told TMZ. The Brooklyn native was set to promote Tunes Audio’s red headphones, which retail at $249.

69’s manager Tr3yway has also been implicated in the Barclays shooting, as well as another shooting that took place on a Brooklyn street earlier that day.

The first incident was caught on surveillance video, where Tr3yway was allegedly caught shooting at a car that was tailing 69’s SUV. The police told TMZ that the person captured on film resembles Tr3yway.

While charges haven’t been lodged against Tr3yway yet, this is the third shooting 69 and his crew have been involved in since April. The shooting in Barclays is said to be the result of a fight with 69’s rival, Brooklyn rapper Casanova. Earlier in April, Casanova and his crew were shot at 10 times while filming a music video and 69 was allegedly involved. The two rappers have been beefing for some time now.
