DJ Jamz Supernova's nifty inside-the-producers-studio series has notched up some impressive guests so far; Toddla T, Roska, Conducta and UNIIQU3 to name just a few. For the tenth edition in the series, Supernova continues that run with an appearance from Afrowave production trio Team Salut.
Having worked with the likes of Naira Marley, Tion Wayne, Afro B and Sneakbo among others, it's highly likely that you've heard a number of songs produced or remixed by the group, but in this interview with Jamz, they offer an interesting, more in-depth look at what goes on in the producer's studio. They talk about everything from how they first linked up, to what equipment they use as well as explaining the technical aspects within their production, making for must-see viewing.
Jamz commented: "I love, love, love Team Salut! Before I met them, I was a fan of their work and really keen to explore Afrobeats and the production side on Studio Bounce. Hanging out out with them for the afternoon was so much fun. Their energy in person matches that of their records. Three incredibly talented producers and musicians."
