Rich the Kid might possibly be involved in another feud, but with who?
On Thursday, Offset let Twitter know that he wouldn’t tolerate any nonsense concerning Rich, writing, “DONT BEEF WIT @richthekid IT COMES WITH A CHIMNEY 💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨💨.”
In two since-deleted tweets, Rich quote-tweeted a tweet that read, “y everybody mad at Rich The Kid,” saying, “Smh you know how these hoes be.” Rich also quote-tweeted Offset’s tweet, writing, “ON GOD,” with a face-slap emoji.
Some speculate that the beef could be with YBN Almighty Jay, who took an Instagram video of himself trying to “pull up” on Rich. In the since-deleted post, Jay broadcasted his text messages with Rich, where he asked Rich to drop a pin. Rich sent Jay an L.A. address on Sunset Boulevard; when Jay drove to the address, he found out that it was for a shopping mall.
In the caption, Jay wrote, “Fake tough ass nigga,” and added to never disrespect him again. Earlier this week, Rich was accused of cheating on his wife with Blac Chyna, which came after news broke on March 1 that Jay and Blac Chyna were officially dating.
The weird thing is that Jay is signed to Rich the Kid’s label, Rich Forever Music, and the two dropped off the new track “Back Quick” on Wednesday. It possible the beef may be fake, perhaps a ploy that Rich is using as promotion for his forthcoming album The World Is Yours, which is slated for a March 30 release. On “Back Quick,” Rich specifically mentions his connection to Blac Chyna. It's plausible, though, that because Jay is dating her, he could have become defensive.
In February, Rich dissed Lil Uzi Vert over the similarity of their hair, and Uzi not signing to Rich’s label; more recently, Rich criticized Uzi over his chart positions. While Rich has been consistently coming for Uzi, Uzi hasn't really responded, so it's most likely not about him.
Rich is also going through some marital troubles. His wife Antonette Willis filed for divorce on Wednesday blasted him on social media, where she alleged that Rich was cheating on her with Blac Chyna and India Love.
At least it looks like Offset has Rich’s back.
