Following last year's high-profile collab with PARTYNEXTDOOR, which resulted in a Drake-featuring music video, the artist formerly known as P Reign has enlisted Lil Wayne for the Weezy-nodding "Hot Boy."

Preme's latest was produced by Joe Hodges and ProLogic, who's previously been behind the boards for Bryson Tiller. "Hot Boy" is slated to appear on Preme's upcoming RCA/BPG release Light of Day. Catch the new track's official video, helmed by Juelz Santana's "Dip'd in Coke" director Kid Art, up top. At one point in his verse, Wayne ponders growing a beard to become the "New Orleans Drake."

Recently, Preme has been retroactively adding select entries from his mixtape catalog to streaming services like Apple Music, Spotify, etc. Back in February, he alerted fans to the availability of six Off the Books cuts including "Rich" and "Ill Life 3."

Last month, Preme shared the featureless single "No Defeat," produced by Dez Wright.

On the Weezy side of things, things are once again not looking great for the status of Tha Carter V. Though a public hug between Wayne and Cash Money co-founder Birdman appeared to signal that all was well (or about to be well) between the two, a report from the Blast earlier this week undermined the reconciliation vibes.

According to the report, should you choose to believe it, litigation between the two is still "extremely bitter" and the public friendliness isn't going to change that. "No business relationship" is expected to be revived between the two, their sources claimed Wednesday.
