Kamaiyah means business, dropping off some new content exactly a month after the single "Hennessey on Ice" and just a few weeks after her "Dope Bitch" video featuring Keyshia Cole.

As the latter continues dominating our playlists, the Oakland, California native wants to center another track: "Slide." In a new video directed by Evan Croker and produced by Link-Up, Kamaiyah spins and twirls in a vintage, '70s-themed roller rink.

The video begins with Kamaiyah and her crew pulling up to Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale, California, where she's greeted by a line of patrons waiting to hit the rink. Once inside, the rapper gets into a mild dispute with an employee who attempts to give her a pair of generic skates. "Now, you know damn well them ain't my skates," Kamaiyah tells the clerk. "Unless you wanna get deep fried, I need the right skates." The employee gives in and hands over some custom joints. It's all fun and flexing from there.

Check out the "Slide" visual above. The track appeared on the rapper's 2017 feature-less mixtape Before I Wake. In an interview with GQ last November, Kamaiyah revealed she had another project, titled Woke, up her sleeve. She described the tape as "conceptualized" and insisted there would be no guest appearances.

Back in January, Kamaiyah teased a new track with Schoolboy Q on Instagram. We're still waiting on that one.
