Fabolous Allegedly Threatens to Shoot Emily B.'s Father in Newly Surfaced Video

Fabolous appears to threaten the life of the father of Emily B. during a verbal altercation on the driveway of the rapper's Englewood, N.J. home.

TMZ has obtained footage of a verbal altercation involving Fabolous, girlfriend Emily Bustamente, and her father in the driveway of their Englewood, N.J. home. In the video, Fab appears to be brandishing a sharp object while being held back by his security guard, who is trying to usher him into a nearby vehicle. Emily B. tries to record the rapper in the middle of his tirade, which enrages him as he demands that she not take video of him.

The tense back-and-forth between Fabolous and her father is punctuated by a point where he can be heard saying, “That’s my motherfucking daughter.” TMZ claims that Fab tells her father that he's got "a bullet with your name on it," while a child can be heard crying in the background.

Fabolous turned himself in to authorities on Wednesday. With a lawyer by his side, he was booked on a domestic dispute and making a terroristic threat charge, and given a court date. The following day, North Jerseygathered more information from court documents revealing that on March 7, Fab “became enraged” while on a business trip in Los Angeles after finding out on Instagram that Emily B. was also in Los Angeles. Bustamente claims that she received a text from the rapper on the flight back from L.A. where he wanted to hit her in the head with a baseball bat and that he wanted to kill her but he “did not want to go out like that.”

Emily B. alleges that she was later punched seven times in the face by Fabolous, which resulted in her losing her two front teeth. Bustamente contacted her father following the incident to "remove two handguns from the residence due to her fear that they may be used against her." Fab came home to confront her father and brother at his Englewood home, and allegedly went into his residence to retrieve the handguns only to find that they weren't there. It was at that moment, according to court documents, Fab told "her father and her brother that he had a bullet for them."
