Ava DuVernay's take on A Wrinkle in Time, starring Oprah Winfrey and Reese Witherspoon, hits theaters Friday. The film's soundtrack is led by the Demi Lovato and DJ Khaled collab "I Believe," which now has an official music video.
"I'm so excited to share the music video for 'I Believe,'" Khaled said late Wednesday on Instagram, where he premiered the video across four separate posts. "See @Ava's film and the soundtrack digitally this Friday! @Ava thank you so much for this opportunity." Lovato and Khaled are currently in the middle of their joint North American tour, which kicked off last month with a run of shows in California. Friday, the tour—featuring support from Kehlani—hits the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.
Last October, Lovato released her feature-length Simply Complicated documentary for free via YouTube. "I wanted to share this experience with my fans," she toldBillboard of the decision to follow her Tell Me You Love Me album with a documentary. "I turned 25 this year. It's a quarter of a century, it's an important year to me. The making of this album was very important, and I've gone through a lot of changes." A director's cut of the doc is available exclusively for YouTube Red subscribers.
The A Wrinkle in Time soundtrack also features new tracks from Sade, Sia, Kehlani, Chloe x Halle, and Freestyle Fellowship. Check out the No I.D. remix of Sade's "Flower of the Universe" below.
