Birdman Teases New Big Tymers Song "Designer Casket"

The new track comes out on Friday.

After well over a decade, we’re finally getting new music from the Big Tymers. On Tuesday night, Birdman took to Instagram to share that he and Mannie Fresh are dropping a new song on Friday called “Designer Casket,” from the Before Anythang: The Cash Money Story soundtrack.

Birdman captioned the photo of him and Fresh with, “New music @birdman5star @manniefresh #BIGTYMERS this Friday #designer casket produce bye manny fresh #before anythang sound track @applemusic #UMGRPCMRG video April 6/7 in New Orleans.”

In the post, Stunna hashtagged his labels, showing that even though they’ve been on a hiatus, the Big Tymers brand is still as strong as ever. He also indicated that he has a forthcoming video shoot in New Orleans in April.

“Me and Fresh been through a lot together,” Birdman told Billboard in February. “Our relationship bonded even stronger when his sister got killed and my sister got killed. Fresh put the Big Tymers tour together. I always had a brotherly relationship with Fresh and I’ma continue to have that.”

Mannie Fresh also chimed in on his relationship with Birdman, saying, “We had our disagreements on shit but real talk, New Orleans cats are like this—when something happens, we come together.”

Most recently, Birdman went sneaker shopping with Complex’s Joe La Puma, speaking about everything from his Lugz deal to the classic Cash Money style. NBA Youngboy announced on Wednesday morning via Instagram that his collaborative nine-track tape with Stunna called From the Bayou drops Thursday night.
