Montreal and Toronto connect on Lou Phelps' upbeat new song "Come Inside" featuring Jazz Cartier, with production from Lou's older brother Kaytranada.

As Kaytranada lays down upbeat, dance floor-ready grooves, both Lou and Jazz deliver celebratory verses that should fit nicely on house party playlists. After time spent in the duo The Celestics with his brother (and later releasing the Kaytranada-produced solo debut 001: Experiments), Lou sounds very much at home over the electronic-inflected beat. Jazz Cartier, meanwhile, is given a chance to show his range, spitting over bouncier production than we're used to hearing from him on wild songs like "Dead or Alive" and "100 Roses."

Listen to "Come Inside" on SoundCloud below. If you're new to Lou Phelps and like what you hear, make sure to check out his Juno Award-nominated project 001: Experiments featuring Bishop Nehru, Innanet James, KALLITECHNICS, and CJ Flemings.
