Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar's "Madlib Freestyle 6" Has Found Its Way Online

What we really need is a "No More Parties in LA" sequel.

Kendrick Lamar linking with Kanye West for the Life of Pablo cut "No More Parties in LA" was a highlight of 2016, dropping in January to critical acclaim and an eventual estimation of "40 songs" still in the bank between the two, which makes surfacings like this so exciting.

A track titled "Madlib Freestyle 6," featuring West and Lamar, has appeared online. Though it would be easy, even tempting, to call this a "new song," it was most likely meant to be merely a demo for a Madlib-produced cut that was never finished. According toHipHop-N-More, the track was obtained and released by the Music Mafia group. Obviously, we can't embed material that's distributed in that manner so the actual listening part of this whole thing is really up to you.

The recording can most likely be dated to the Pablo era. In February 2016, West tweeted about a bevy of Lamar collabs he had stocked up. "Me and Kendrick got 40 songs and me and Young Thug got 40 songs," West said. "40/40 club!!!"

West has long been supportive of Lamar's work. Back in 2013, West tapped the Damn Grammy-winner to open for him on his legendary Yeezus tour. "Watching him perform, seeing how much he puts into his stage and his presence on stage, it just reassures me that coming out the booth, you have to take just as much attention on that stage," Lamar toldMTV News at the time.

Lamar also had a hand in West's 2015 standalone single "All Day," which you should definitely revisit right now:
