G Herbo had a lot more heat in the stash.

Over four months after he released his exceptional debut album Humble Beast, the 22-year-old Chicago rapper has come through with the project’s deluxe edition. And it’s not just a collection of throwaway tracks.

The updated version delivers an additional 12 records, including “Shook,” “All Day” featuring Blac Youngsta, “4 Nem” with Lil Durk, as well as the recently released “Everything” remix assisted by Chance the Rapper and Lil Uzi Vert. It’s a solid continuation of the Humble Beast effort that is sure to please Herbo’s fan base.

In a 2017 interview with Billboard, the rapper spoke about the album’s creation, the meaning behind its title, and what he hoped to accomplish with it.

“My main goal was getting it out and feeding the streets, the numbers will speak for itself but I just wanted to tell a story with my debut album, everything else I feel like is a bonus,” he said. “All the good reviews from XXL, Pitchfork and even being here with Billboard is all a token of working hard. I wanted to just capture the streets, so everything else on top of that is just bonus.”

Herbo said he is now working on a collaborative effort with Lil Bibby. Though the project is reportedly in the early stages, Herbo revealed that the two already had “a bunch” of songs, but it's just a matter of putting it all together.

“Everytime we get together we record music. That's not the problem. We just need to be in the same spot and focus on the project, do the promos, shoot all the videos,” he told PROHBTD. “It's going to be something special.”

While we wait for information about the collaborative project, you can check out the Humble Beast Deluxe Edition on iTunes and Apple Music. It's also on Spotify.
